ONE OF SAN FRANCISCO'S OLDEST HISTORICAL LANDMARK VENUES!

San Francisco's Hibernia Bank Building of 1894
The Hibernia Bank, headquartered in San Francisco, California, was founded in April 1859 as the Hibernia Savings and Loan Society.  In 1892, the company built a Beaux-Arts headquarters at 1 Jones Street at the corner of McAllister and Market Streets, designed by Albert Pissis. Slightly damaged in the 1906 earthquake and fire, it re-opened again just five weeks after the calamity; Pissis designed an addition to the building in 1908.  The bank left the building in 1985, and, after a brief period in which it was used by the San Francisco Police Department, the building was vacant for decades, until it was restored and renovated in 2016.  Only recently, the space has begun to be used as a special events venue and ThemeDream Productions is proud to be one of the first to showcase it’s majestic architecture and historical design.

ThemeDream Productions’ most recent projects include “Unhinged”: a 45 minute immersive-horror-walkthrough experience inside the world-famous haunted Winchester Mystery House that spanned over 3 floors, 50 rooms of eerie production, 25 actors, and attracted tens of thousands of guests.  In 2019, ThemeDream produced a 6-week Game of Thrones-inspired pop-up bar and restaurant in San Francisco called “Taste of Thrones” at award-winning restaurant 25 Lusk with Michelin-star, James Beard featured chef Matthew Dolan.  ThemeDream produced San Francisco’s iconic Palace of Fine Arts’ first-ever black-tie New Year’s Eve gala called “IMAGINE” for over 4000 guests transforming the enormous 140,000 square foot venue into a magical fairytale theme park for adults with 11 themed immersive worlds and over 25 mesmerizing cirque performers & photo-friendly costumed actors.  In 2016, ThemeDream produced “Dinner in Wonderland: A Mad Hatter’s Affair” at the historical 1906 landmark Regency Center that featured a fully immersive Alice in Wonderland dinner show as guests dined at ‘mad tea party’ tables and enjoyed 10 outlandish live performances.  That same year, ThemeDream produced a fully-immersive haunted house dinner show called “Haunted Dinner: A Spooktacular Dinner Theatre Experience” at the historical 1881 landmark Payne Mansion that featured a 4-course Halloween-themed dining experience served by The Living Dead while guests enjoyed a live show of eerie singers, ghostly dancers, vampire ballet, freaky contortionists and more!  ThemeDream also specializes in private and corporate events producing over-the-top immersive dinners and one-of-a-kind receptions for Silicon Valley tech giants Cisco Systems and Samsung Semiconductor.

The Hibernia follows all San Francisco health guidelines for event attendance. For entrance to the event, be prepared to show either a photo of or your actual proof of vaccination card.   If you don’t have one of those you can not attend and there will not be refunds.
